Sales Policy & Ordering Process

We make it simple and transparent to place your wholesale hair order:

✅ Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your order. Confirm the quantity, color, texture, and length.
✅ Step 2: We send you an invoice confirming your order details and total price.
✅ Step 3: You transfer the initial payment to us.
✅ Step 4: Once payment is received, we begin producing your order.
Throughout production, we provide regular updates via photos and videos. You are welcome to call us at any time to check on your order progress.
✅ Step 5: When the order is ready, we send you final pictures for confirmation.
✅ Step 6: You pay the remaining balance (if any), and we ship your order. You’ll receive the tracking number immediately after shipment.


💳 Payment Policy

We require upfront payments to secure and process your orders:

  • For orders under 1kg:
    ✅ 100% payment is required before production.

  • For orders over 1kg:
    ✅ At least 50-70% deposit is required to begin processing.
    ✅ The remaining will be paid in full before shipment.

We accept secure international payment methods and provide an official invoice for each transaction.


🚚 Delivery Policy

We take great care to ensure your order is packaged and delivered properly:

✅ Hair is carefully packed to prevent moisture, damage, or contamination.
✅ Orders are shipped within the agreed lead time.
✅ We take responsibility for coordinating with the shipping carrier to deliver on time.
✅ Customers can:

  • Arrange their own shipping and cover shipping fees directly, or

  • Let Van Anh Hair arrange shipping and reimburse the shipping costs to us.

🎁 For bulk orders over 20kg, we offer discounted shipping fees, depending on the shipping situation at the time. Please check with our sales team for details.

We also provide tracking information and remain available to assist you throughout the delivery process.


🛡️ Warranty & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer fair support when needed:

✅ Warranty Policy:

  • Applies to loyal wholesale customers.

  • We are willing to support and exchange products in case of any issues during usage.

  • Even when the problem arises from the customer’s side, we will do our best to help within reasonable limits.

✅ Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • Hair must remain in its original condition, uninstalled, undyed, unpermed, and untied at the top.

  • Return packages must include the original invoice and proof (pictures/videos).

  • We will confirm the issue before authorizing return or exchange.
